- Why are you interested in this group?
- I recruit, manage, and train volunteers for a variety of roles at our center, including Exhibit Facilitators. We've been assesing and revamping our training methods to include strategies for highlighting the visitor experience and modeling exploration and fun. I want to learn more about what others are doing in this arena and especially how this is working with volunteers vs. paid staff.
