Recruitment and Training of Teens
We have traditionally offered a Summer Teen Volunteer Program for youth between the ages of 14-17.This is a high energy and fun time but never without challenges. I would like to hear form others some of the techniques used in interviewing the teens, the training procedures you go through adn what expectations you have of the teens during the summer.
