Demos and Shows

I would love to hear about some great demos and shows. Our museum is affiliated with a university; their/our chemistry department puts on a great show on our grounds once or twice a year. They set fire to a t-shirt which won't burn, shoot Mentos from Diet Coke (a classic), and shatter a rubber ball via liquid nitrogen. Any demos you currently do or remember fondly from childhood??
