NYSCI Explainer Alumni Report
Attached is NYSCI's Science Career Ladder Alumni report. The purpose of
this report was to obtain up-to-date evidence about the long-term
impact participating in our Science Career Ladder program had on encouraging
and supporting the Explainer's personal, professional, and academic development.
This study was looking to demonstrate how alumni continue to draw
upon the experience gained, the lessons learned, and the skills developed
during their time working as Explainers. The report focused on the following
five impact priorities: Academic Achievement; Career/Professional Development;
Skills, Attitudes and Behaviors; Science Literacy and Engagement; and Program
